Testing guidelines

This doc explains how we test the frontend parsers and the online API.

Local unit tests
----------------

- Use pytest + pytest-asyncio.
- Mock HTTP (no network) by monkeypatching ``_fetch_text`` and ``_autodetect_index_url``.
